Tool: Monitoring classroom interactions

There may be times when you wonder how equitably you are calling upon and responding to different students in your class. If your mentor or some other colleague can observe your teaching, a simple chart like this can be used monitor those interactions. A seating chart would be helpful as this second pair of eyes records your interactions with students.
