MASSP

Principals can play a major role in creating well-organized, sustained new teacher induction programs that make a difference. The Michigan Association of Secondary School Principals (MASSP) is committed to the goals of the ASSIST project and urges members to use the tools, resources and instructional content provided on the ASSIST Website. Educators who work with the ASSIST materials will learn about conditions and practices that support effective beginning teacher learning and will gain experience creating organized induction programs within professional learning communities.
